P90 COMPLETE

Well, I've done it.  Finished all ninety days of Performance 90.  I'm so glad to be done and looking forward to my next challenge, a 5K run in less than a month.   Total stats:

  • -20 lbs
  • -6 inches on waist
  • much better stamina and self-image.  :-)

P90 DAY 74


Weekly Update:  I should be on day 75 but I missed a day on Saturday.  Otherwise, I'm still working out every day and watching my calorie intake.  Down to 213.

I'll likely not post every day anymore - it's just too tedious, but I'm hitting the workouts ok.  Since I missed a day, I'm setting this to 74 instead of 75

P90 DAY 64, 65, 66 and 67




Not much to say other than I hit my workout each day.  YAY!  Didn't track calories much, but I think I'm pretty good overall.

Today is a Rest Day and I'm counting again tomorrow and hitting the 6-day sequence again.  Monday-Sat are exercises and Sundays are rest days.
