P90 DAY 74


Weekly Update:  I should be on day 75 but I missed a day on Saturday.  Otherwise, I'm still working out every day and watching my calorie intake.  Down to 213.

I'll likely not post every day anymore - it's just too tedious, but I'm hitting the workouts ok.  Since I missed a day, I'm setting this to 74 instead of 75
