P90 DAY 74


Weekly Update:  I should be on day 75 but I missed a day on Saturday.  Otherwise, I'm still working out every day and watching my calorie intake.  Down to 213.

I'll likely not post every day anymore - it's just too tedious, but I'm hitting the workouts ok.  Since I missed a day, I'm setting this to 74 instead of 75

P90 DAY 64, 65, 66 and 67




Not much to say other than I hit my workout each day.  YAY!  Didn't track calories much, but I think I'm pretty good overall.

Today is a Rest Day and I'm counting again tomorrow and hitting the 6-day sequence again.  Monday-Sat are exercises and Sundays are rest days.

Interruptions and Setbacks


Day 61 Begins Now
Well I had a bit of a setback and stopped working out for a few days.  Today should be my 64th day but I missed this weekend due to DragonCon.  I didn't have much time and left my videos home.  Excuses, I'm sure but nonetheless it was not done.

I've had a couple of days of lower back pain but I'm hoping to push past it today and restart.  I'm starting where I left off:  Day 61, and will post every day from now until Day 90.  Weight is still the same (215, -17 lbs.) and my clothes are loose.  -6 inches from the waist.

Enough typing.  Time to start the workout.
