P90 COMPLETE
Well, I've done it. Finished all ninety days of Performance 90. I'm so glad to be done and looking forward to my next challenge, a 5K run in less than a month. Total stats:

Weekly Update: I should be on day 75 but I missed a day on Saturday. Otherwise, I'm still working out every day and watching my calorie intake. Down to 213.
I'll likely not post every day anymore - it's just too tedious, but I'm hitting the workouts ok. Since I missed a day, I'm setting this to 74 instead of 75

Not much to say other than I hit my workout each day. YAY! Didn't track calories much, but I think I'm pretty good overall.
Today is a Rest Day and I'm counting again tomorrow and hitting the 6-day sequence again. Monday-Sat are exercises and Sundays are rest days.

Interruptions and Setbacks
Day 61 Begins Now
Well I had a bit of a setback and stopped working out for a few days. Today should be my 64th day but I missed this weekend due to DragonCon. I didn't have much time and left my videos home. Excuses, I'm sure but nonetheless it was not done.
I've had a couple of days of lower back pain but I'm hoping to push past it today and restart. I'm starting where I left off: Day 61, and will post every day from now until Day 90. Weight is still the same (215, -17 lbs.) and my clothes are loose. -6 inches from the waist.
Enough typing. Time to start the workout.

P90 DAY 50
Wow. It's been a week since I posted. I'm still on P90 though. Watching calories (but haven't been counting much). I think I've gone over my calorie goal a few days but that might be a good thing. I've been greatly under for weeks and have had a few people tell me that I'm taking in too few calories. Weight has plateaued but I still feel great.
Today was the first day of the new 3-4 routines and GAH, it was rough. Inclined push-ups and exercises that ask you to push to your max for 30 secs. Pain.
Still, moving forward and growing. I'll do a weigh-in this weekend.

P90 DAY 40-43
Well I didn't post any in the last 4 days, but I DID work out each day. I didn't track calories. I had a nice dinner Friday night but didn't overeat. Then I had whole foods over the weekend, like thick sliced smoked ham, sliced cheddar, grapes, bananas, and cherries. And lots of water. Felt very cave-man like. :-)
Back to tracking today though (Day 44). I'll post that late tonight. Still going Strong!!

What do I fear?
I fear stagnation and lack of progress.

Still going! Generally, P90 provides easier alternatives for some of the exercises (like 8-15 reps or slightly different positions). I'm finally able to do the minimal exercises without dying and in some areas I'm progressing to the mid-range in terms of reps. Yes!

I am 37 years old, about to be 38 in just 12 days.

I weigh an embarrassing 230.6 lbs :-(
I have diabetes and fatty liver
And I've somehow allowed myself to get to this state.
Today I'm putting an end to it. Today I started P90 and am tracking calories each day.
I did my first workout today and... OUCH. :-)
