P90 DAY 30 (PICS!)

So my Day 30 is here...  I have pics.  The before ones are so bad... but I promised myself I would put this out there for the world to see.  It's what's kept me going and determined not to fail (among other things).

I'm 1/3 of the way through, and I feel physically good.  Just have to keep pushing.

I weighed today and am at 223 (down 7 lbs). Got through the full routine without hitting the pause button!  I had calories to fill, so I indulged in 1/2 of a CRUMBS Peanut Butter and Chocolate Cupcake....  OMG>

P90 DAYS 15 AND 16

Still going!   Generally, P90 provides easier alternatives for some of the exercises (like 8-15 reps or slightly different positions).  I'm finally able to do the minimal exercises without dying and in some areas I'm progressing to the mid-range in terms of reps.  Yes!

P90 DAY ONE

I am 37 years old, about to be 38 in just 12 days.
I am 5' 7" tall
I weigh an embarrassing 230.6 lbs :-(
I have diabetes and fatty liver
And I've somehow allowed myself to get to this state.

Today I'm putting an end to it. Today I started P90 and am tracking calories each day.
I did my first workout today and... OUCH. :-)
